Duct Tape
Tytan duct tape is polyethylene-coated cloth with a natural rubber adhesive. Duct tape handles easily, tears straight, and conforms and adheres well to a variety of substrates. Duct tapes are noted for water, chemical, and abrasion resistance as well as their strength. Tytan offers retail grade to nuclear power grade. They are available in several mill thicknesses as well as colors: silver, black, burgundy, green, olive drab, tan, white, yellow, red, and light green.

Gaffers Tape
Gaffers: gaffers tape is a matte finish coated cloth with synthetic rubber adhesive. Strong, tough cotton cloth pressure-sensitive adhesive with a clean removal and crisp and straight tear. Gaffer tape is abrasion and moisture-resistant. Great for application in stage work and the production industry. Tytan offers black, grey, and white.

Drain Tile Tape
Tytan tile tape is a polyethylene back with rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. It offers an aggressive adhesive and is tough and conformable. It is cold temperature resistant, so it is designed to perform in more demanding temperature applications. The UV and weather-resistant backing forms a vapor barrier. It also has strong corrosion prevention, protection, and insulation. Tytan Tile Tape is available in different mil thicknesses.

Electrical
Tytan electrical tape has a PVC back with rubber adhesive. Electrical tape is known for its elongation and cold temperature-resistant properties. The adhesive on an electrical tape is nontransferable. It has effective and long-lasting insulation. Non-corrosive, pressure-sensitive adhesive eliminates the potential of heat, moisture, or other catalysts to affect the application. Tytan’s electrical tape is available in several mil thicknesses as well as colors.

Lane Marking tape is a colored vinyl tape with high impact resistance, vapor/moisture barrier, and weatherability. It offers write-on capability. Vinyl tape adheres to itself well. Tytan offers a variety of colors.

Tytan Pipe Wrap is a soft PVC pipe wrap tape coated on SPVC films with an aggressive rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive. Durable, heavy duty backing is easily conformable and provides excellent moisture resistance. Tytan offers a variety of different mill thicknesses from 8 – 20 mil thick.

Polyethylene Tape

ASJ
All service jacket tape is a white kraft paper/scrim/foil tape coated with cold weather solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. ASJ consists of tri-directionally reinforced 4 x 4 squares per inch fiberglass scrim and UL-listed lamination. It excels in high heat and humid conditions. ASJ is specifically designed for use as a vapor seal on an ASJ-faced duct board and pipe insulation.

TYTAN 460 Butyl/Foil Sealing Tape is an aluminum foil tape coated with a high performance, heavy-duty mastic rubber adhesive system.

Foil
Aluminum Foil Tape is Vapor proof, chemical and flame resistant, heat and light reflecting and has extreme weather-ability. Foil tapes generate thermal conductivity. The adhesive offers exceptional quick-stick and conforms well to fibrous and sheet metal ducts as well as around corners and irregular surfaces. Acrylic and rubber adhesive are available. Good in HVAC applications.

FSK
Reinforced foil, scrim/kraft sealing tape is for insulation; used for sealing seams and repairing cuts on duct wraps and insulation vapor barriers. FSK tape is tear and mold resistant. It is used for sealing fiberglass blanket and duct board FSK faced systems. FSK has a maximum strength, all weather adhesive.

Carton Sealing Tape

Filament Strapping
The filament-reinforced film with synthetic rubber adhesive offers superior tensile strength and aggressive adhesion with excellent tack, quick stick, and holding power. It allows graphics and printing to be seen through tape.

Flatback Paper
Brown paper tape has an aggressive, high-tack rubber adhesive with excellent holding power. This tape has strong, flexible, conformable backing with high cross-directional tensile strength. Flatback Brown Paper Tape is resistant to curling, abrasion, and water. It is great for hand and machine carton sealing, splicing various substrates, and general-purpose packaging and binding applications.

Gummed tape is a water-activated carton sealing tape with a brown paper-backed adhesive. It has a tamper-evident seal. Gummed tape is strong and temperature-resistant. Available in reinforced gummed tape with nylon filaments for extra strength.

Carpet Tape

Heavy duty cloth with compounded pure rubber based adhesive. Friction tape offers good abrasion resistant and penetration of low voltage cable, splices and wire. Great elasticity and moisture resistant. It is suitable for temporary binding and harnessing applications.

Glow Tape is photo luminescent film coated pressure sensitive adhesive, backed with a paper lining for easy application. The pigments absorb and store energy from normal ambient light. Used in production and theatrical industries.

Kapton tape is a high temperature polyimide film tape with silicone adhesive. It remains stable in wide range of temperatures. Kapton is used in thermal and electrical insulation.

PTFE
These pressure sensitive tapes use a Skived and Tensilized PTFE coated with a “high temperature” silicone adhesive. PTFE have good insulation and heat resistance as well as high strength and dielectric properties. They have a non-stick surface. PTFE tapes are ideal for coil wraps, transformers and harness wrap.

Contractor’s Sheathing is a polypropylene sheathing tape coated with an aggressive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. It is an excellent vapor seal on interior and exterior sheathing materials. It exceeds most building code requirements and can be used for new construction as well as repair on all vapor barrier materials. It comes in red for easy visibility or white.
